No book can be written without inspiration. The historical opportunities and new duties facing my nation gave inspiration to my heart. I have always been a poet. Since my youth I have written poems in my diary. The responsibilities resting on my shoulders now force me to move on up from poetry. Nevertheless, the basic condition of being fruitful or productive requires that we do not discard the poetic inspiration of the heart.
